Strength Training over 50 Class
Tuesday — November 5, 2019 9:30am to 10:30am
As we grow older, our muscles weaken and our mobility is affected. In order to reverse this process, it’s important to engage in strength training. Both cardio and strength are important to seniors. This six-week class will address strengthening the whole body with resistance (weights), body weight, and mat work, which will help us in tasks of daily living. Warming up, stretching, and cooling down will be an integral part of class. Needed modifications can be accommodated. With Andy Hess, Certified Personal Trainer.

Mindfulness Practice As We Age
