Gratitude is a loving insight into the everyday. It increases happiness, strengthens relationships, and likely gives health benefits. Gratitude can melt anger, defensiveness, and division. We will consider what gratitude is in mind/body/spirit, how to cultivate it, and explore a personal story through the lens of gratitude. With Lanie Riley, LICSW, LMP.
