This six-week class will address strengthening the whole body with resistance (weights), body weight, and mat work, which will help us in tasks of daily living. Warming up, stretching, and cooling down will be an integral part of class. Needed modifications can be accommodated. With Andy Hess, Certified Personal Trainer.
