The Wallingford Community Senior Center is the only senior-oriented facility of its kind in all of north-central and northeast Seattle. As public funding for senior-related facilities and services has decreased, WCSC has remained a steadfast champion for the well-being, dignity, and independence of this growing population through rich programming, strong community outreach, and deep understanding of aging trends and best practices.
Your donation supports WCSC’s dynamic programming, focused on enriching the lives of seniors who have limited access to emotional, family or financial support, enabling them to age as they choose within their community.
Healthy and positive aging for older adults would not be possible without you and the support of the community. Your support makes the programs at Wallingford Community Senior Center possible and affordable. We hope you will invest in healthy and positive aging in a way that is meaningful to you.

- Payroll deductions – By far the easiest way to support WCSC year-round. You simply instruct your employer to deduct a certain amount from your paycheck each pay period and direct it to WCSC.
- One-time payroll deduction – Instruct your employer to deduct a single amount from one paycheck, or simply write a personal check to WCSC and present it to your workplace giving campaign manager.
- Matching gifts – Ask if your employer matches donations to WCSC and if there is paperwork that you need to fill out. We will gladly assist in completing any necessary paperwork and issue receipts as needed. How to Give at Your Workplace – Corporate Workplaces: If you work for one of the corporations that includes WCSC in your workplace giving campaign, find WCSC on your payroll pledge form and write in WCSC as a specific designation – Government Workplaces: If you work at a government agency, such as state universities, City of Seattle, King County, as well as many other counties and cities, you can find WCSC listed in the campaign catalog. Once you have found us, write our code number on your payroll pledge form. If your agency has no catalog, ask your campaign coordinator how you may designate your gift to WCSC.
