Mindfulness Practice As We Age

In this series, we will review the findings of several scientific studies that illustrate the relevance of mindfulness to older adults, including: improved mood, attention, memory, intelligence, loneliness, cellular aging, chronic pain, and even brain cell quantity. We will explore the topic through presentation, testimonials, facilitated discussions, brief practice exercises, and guest speakers will join us to provide their unique personal and professional perspectives.
