Staying Connected- Early Stage Memory Loss Workshop
Mondays, 6/5, 6/12, 6/19 & 6/26, 1:30—3PM
In this 4-week program designed for older adults with mild memory loss, participants will learn strategies for living with mild memory loss and discuss ways to stay involved in meaningful activities. Each participant must attend with a “social buddy”: a friend, relative, or partner. Each session includes a discussion, socializing, and planning activities to do at home that are both enjoyable and create a sense of accomplishment. In partnership with the Alzheimer’s Assocation Washington State Chapter. Learn more here.
Facilitated by Danielle Rogers, WCSC AmeriCorps Member, and a trained Alzheimer’s Association volunteer.
