Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance is an evidence-based fall prevention program to help you improve your balance, muscle strength, flexibility, and mobility through coordinated movements in a slow, flowing motion. Regular participation recommended. No experience necessary!

Location: Meet outside University Heights Center (5031 University Way NE), on the South side of the building. Class will occur in the park, with chairs setup for assistance.
