Qigong Class

The ancient Chinese practice of Qigong uses slow, precise movements and controlled breathing to improve balance, flexibility, and muscle strength. Jean Clough, Qigong Instructor, has been studying Qigong since 1999 and has been teaching for 16 years. With a background in science, Jean delights in teaching Qigong in ways relevant to Western minds and is enchanted by the magic of energy and the power of healing through our minds. $4 for members, $6 for nonmembers.
