Join community member and registered nurse, Sarah M., for a free CPR class! Sarah will teach participants how to respond to a person experiencing a cardiac emergency using the Hands-Only CPR method utilized by the American Heart Association. Learn about cardiac arrest and have the opportunity to simulate responding to a cardiac arrest witnessed either at home or in the community. All physical ability and health literacy levels are welcome, no formal certification will be earned in the class. Free, RSVPs appreciated!
